When Christmas cheer fills the air each year, I venture out to New York City to not only see the magnificent store window displays, but also pay homage to one of my favorite heroines of literary fiction. Perhaps you’re thinking more of Carrie Bradshaw or Daisy Buchanan. But to be frank, no fictional New Yorker captures my heart more than Eloise, the famed child resident of The Plaza Hotel.
