Shades:

  • Fast Forward (shimmer) – opal with peach & silver micro glitter
  • Play (matte) – grape magenta
  • Pause (matte) – terracotta rose
  • Stop (matte) – hot red
  • Rewind (shimmer) – millenial pink plus rose gold shift, with marbled multi-colored neon micro glitter

In the looks below, I used Fast Forward and Rewind on my eyelids. (The photos do not do this any justice as the sparkle and shimmer just does not capture in the photographs.) I also used a tad of Play as a cream blush, which I set with another powder product over top. I used Fast Forward on my cheek bones as a highlighter.

Rewind would look amazing as a highlighter on a more tan to dark skin tone and the flecks of different colors within it are absolutely stunning. I love Fast Forward as a highlighter for my skin tone being that I’m more fair toned. The product picked up easily on a synthetic brush and then I dabbed just a little more on with a finger to really get that glitter to adhere.

I found the cream-to-powder claim to be 100% true. I wore Fast Forward and Rewind as eyeshadows (without setting them with any other shade) and they did not crease or wear off throughout the day. Likewise, the same was true with Fast Forward and Play when worn on the face. The bling-bling of the highlighter stayed true all day, especially when the sun hits!

Overall, this palette is very versatile being that you can use these products anywhere on your face. I would have used some of either Play, Pause, or Stop on my lips as a lipstick, but with the pandemic and having to take a mask on and off throughout the day, lip products are just not convenient to wear right now. However, once things return to normal, I definitely can see these being rocked as super bold and cute lip colors!
