Costco. Yes. That’s right. I said Costco. Orlando Pita, Jessica Alba and Jenna Hipp all have lines there and so does one of my favorite makeup artists of all time: Pati Dubroff!
Pati has worked with the likes of Drew Barrymore, Charlize Theron, Gwyneth Paltrow, Katy Perry and now you too can be added to the list!
I first heard about the launch from Pati herself and was so super-excited for her, as she is not only an uber talent but also a lovely human being.
When I finally got all of my samples in, I nearly cried as I could understand how very special it must be to have your very own line of cosmetics. Available at select Costco locations (found at patidubroffbeauty.com) and costco.com are the only ways to get her collection!
What Pati has created is a collection of professional quality products at affordable prices. In June 2013, Pati launched the Perfect Palette ($42.00), which is a collection of some of Pati‘s very own color favorites from the most iconic looks she has created.
This kit includes 12 professional quality eyeshadows and a retractable eyeliner pencil in Bittersweet, which is a dark brown shade that is one of her favorites.
Then came Visionary Eyes ($16.99) which include 5 creamy and luxe chubby eyeliner pencils that are perfect for creating a variety of eye looks from the dramatic to the minimalist. These 5 shades can be worn as eyeliner or smudged as an eyeshadow for an all-day to night look.
Luster Lip Balms ($14.99) also include 5 shades that will add the perfect tint of color to lips. These shades can be worn alone or layered, depending on your own personal look.
The crayons do not require sharpening as you simply twist them to apply, gliding on with a silky-sheer finish without the colors being too overbearing.
Then, we have the four shades of Aqua Tint ($42.00) non-sticky lipglosses that can be layered or worn alone for a gradual build of color.
Graphic Line ($18.00 individually; sets are $36.00 each) is a collections of eyeliners made with a creamy, water-proof formula that is offered in two color groups to perfectly off-set all eye colors. There is Set 1 that is a collection of blues and violets as well as Set 11, which is comprised of green and brown shades.

Next, the Spotlight Palette ($44.00) which contains 12 richly pigmented shadows that are both creamy and velvety to the touch. This palette also includes a complimentary eyeliner that together can create the perfect smoky eye. This is due to launch in October 2013.
In November 2013, Costco will be receiving the Star Palettes ($52.00 each) which are being considered the ultimate of makeup palettes. Four different compacts which include 4 eyeshadows, 1 blush, 1 creamy eyeliner and 1 lipgloss will be included within the set.
Star Palettes offer four complete makeup looks and additionally will include an empty compact so that you can create and interchange your palette based on your own personal style and look.
I tell you, I have personally been there to help launch lines and could not wait to get my hands (or shall I say eyes and lips) on this line. It does not disappoint!
Kudos to Pati Dubroff and to her wonderful collection that suits every skintone and ethnicity. You can tell by the variety of shades that she had this in mind while creating Pati Dubroff Beauty.
