Check out the sexily bronzed look sported by our model, Robbie Ballen and the sunset-colored eyeshadows created by the magic hands of our makeup artist, Lillian Rose. The photographs are done by the brilliant and talented ChangoBi.

To get this look, Lilian applied MAC Cosmetic’s Face & Body Foundation all over Robbie’s face to get that perfectly bronzed, beach tanned look. Then she used the Creme Bronzer all over the face, which sits so beautifully and weightlessly on the skin without looking patchy.

Then Lillian used the gleaming lustre drops (limited edition) on the face to give some gentle, glowing sheen.

She used two eyeshadows, in Sand & Sun (a light peach, matte color), and Sweet & Punchy (a bright green in a velvety pearl finish) over the eyes to give them a uniquely multi-hued look, and used the eye kohl in Float on By underneath the eyes to make them extra vivid.

Finally, the lips came alive using two To the Beach lipstick shades: Thrills (rosy copper with gold pearl frost), and Funbathing (a mid-tone bronzed plum).

Our favorite airbrush foundation has long since been Temptu Pro. The brand is launching new blush colors for summer that is inspired by nature in bloom and by fruits and flowers. The shades include Nectar, Peony, Guava and Raspberry.

Everything about Liberty of London is so British — and yet, so universal. As I mentioned to you before, the packaging and the colors are really what got me in this collection. The packaging is so beyond cute: it’s Anna Sui, Hello Kitty cute. And it’s so hip that it makes me want to scream with joy!

Here, as I continue my MAC Liberty of London journey with you (and what a long, strange journey it promises to be), I’ve swatched two of the lipstick shades I love: Petals & Peacocks; and Blooming Lovely.

This pepto-bismol pink (Petals & Peacocks) really stood out (it looks GREAT on darker skins) and is quite prevalent in many of Liberty’s prints.

Blooming Lovely is a creamy greyed lilac mauve and I simply adore this shade (although, to be honest, I was a little hesitant at first. When I applied just one layer on my lips it looked as though they were ashen). You need at least a few coats of this shade, but it is so deliciously creamy that you could almost eat the lipstick. Thank god that your lips don’t get chapped with these.

Now this will seriously be a very difficult shade for anyone to pull off because it could make you look like you’re running to the Pride Parade – or be uber cool like Rihanna. But anything — and I’m saying ANYTHING rocks with gloss and confidence. Get what I’m saying?

The mani, which costs $45, involves a basic manicure with a hand massage and some Swarovski crystals applied to my nails. Here’s a look with the Blue India Nail Lacquer from the MAC Liberty of London collection. This dark green blue shade has a pearly, creamy finish and is simply sick!

I am waiting to see how long the crystals will last and will keep you posted. My lovely nail aesthetician assured me that even though she applied it with a top coat and then sealed it, it would last as long as a regular mani. So far…so good.

Another one looms on the horizon, and it’s Smashbox Hyperlash Mascara, which is exclusive to Ulta.com until March 31st. It has a plastic bristle, and promises to deposit the good stuff evenly over your lashes. It is supposed to “lift, lengthen, volumize and define” like no tomorrow.

Oh, that might create some serious wand-erlust, what says you?

The kaleidoscopic prints of the Liberty of London designer label are prevalent in this super chic collection. Here we spotlight two eyeshadows, Birds & Berries (a frosted dark green blue in a Veluxe Pearl finish) and Dame’s Desire (a Frosty mid-tone reddish purple).

Take a look at these eyeshadows…even the packaging is too precious to pitch.

Shown above, I’m wearing Birds & Berries on the inner corner of my eyes and Dame’s Desire on the outer half. First, I layered my entire lids with Manila Paper eye shadow from the MAC Cosmetics’ Spring Forecast 4 Collection.

Italian artist Simone Legno takes a crack at marrying vibrant color and his favorite designs in his new Sephora exclusive Tokidoki collection. The adorable child-like mischief, irreverence and plush cuteness of Hello Kitty are all folded into one in this impressive collection.

Some of my faves from this collection include the Cromatico Eyeshadow Palette in Bastardino which is a Limited Edition eyeshadow palette (perfect for St. Patty’s Day), and formulated with rice lipids. This palette features the cute cactus character Bastardino – who also swings from a keychain.

The Cromatico Eyeshadow Palette in Adios is a study in blacks and grays. The story of Adios actually is quite charming in a very satanic way. Adios spent 500 years in fire and brimstone before the devil discovered he was actually a good character — so get got tossed out like a pile of papers. Pretty sweet though edgy story, right? And I’ve got a thing for the smoky eye, so…

So, naturally, when my dear friend Karen Robinovitz unveiled a bevy of new products to the world at large on HSN, I simply had to have the Lashionista-Modelista Mascara-Eyeliner combo in After Dark.

This is a magical wand because it combines the Bonnie and Clyde, the Bert and Ernie, the Regis and Kelly of eye products: liner and mascara.  It’s such a great pocketbook friendly wand and it could well be my Nimbus 2000. It retails for $32.50.The Modelista eyeliner contains sparkles made with real diamond dust, so it’s glittery, date-friendly and so subtly glowing that your eyes will feel fairy lit and special.

Here are three beautiful ways to wear your Lashionista Modelista (shown in After Dark).

Wear Modelista as a thick liner and coat your lashes with two coats of Lashionista.

Line your eyes once (on top only) with Modelista, and close your eyes and leave for a minute to dry. Then reapply the liner again for a thicker look. Here, I am wearing the Spring Forecast 4 Eyeshadow palette by MAC with shades Manila Paper all over the eyes and brow bone, Flip on the inner corner of the eye, and Aztec Paper on the outer crease of the eye.

Use Modelista as part of a smoky eye look.

First, apply a base eye shadow in Manila Paper (MAC Summer Forecast 4 Eyeshadow Quad). Then, I applied Modelista eyeliner just as I did for the first picture, then I smudged it all over the eyes (yup, I used Modelista as my eyeshadow — how cool is that?). Add a hint of the Aztec eyeshadow to give your eyes some pop.

Pure Lashionista with a strong eye shadow.

This look uses no liner – just lashes, lashes. I used the same MAC Cosmetics Spring Forecast 4 Eyeshadow Palette shade in Aztec and a smattering of Revlon Matte Eyeshadow in Venetian Blue. The trick is to use the blue on the inner crease of the eyes and then paint the rest of the eyes in Aztec. then use a veil of Aztec on the crease of the eyes (over the blue) to create a misty, hazy effect. Use several coats of Lashionista on your lashes to complete the look.

The Guerlain Meterorites Perles Makeup collection houses the colorful makeup pearls in a rose-motif silver box. They come in three shades:

1. Rose Tint

2. Beige Tint

3. Gold Tint

The Eyeshadow Palette is all beiges, roses and brown tints. Called Ombres Perles, it features a white rose embossed pattern on two of the four eyeshadow pans.

Would I buy this collection on first glance? I’d skip the meteorites, frankly, because I do think the originals were great to begin with. I love the Meteorites Miniatures and the original Meteorites box that was inspired by Marie Antoinette’s jewelry box. Remember, there already exists the Meteorites in the Mythic (for a translucent glow); Pink Fresh (for a rosy glow); Beige Chic (golden glow); and Perles Imperiales (pearly pink glow). The brush also is not new, so I’d skip that as well.

The only thing I would buy from this collection are the Ombres Perles eyeshadow, because I do love this mocha-rose thing that’s going on, and maybe the Kiss Kiss Baby lipsticks.
