This is a new, unscented version of the original Olay Regenerist Miscro-Sculpting Cream has been on the market for a while. The manufacturer claims it contains a “high concentration of Regenerist’s exclusive amino-peptide complex to help regenerate cells at the skin’s surface and retain moisture by strengthening skin’s moisture barrier” with the addition of “Olay-exclusive intracellular fortifier made up of hylauronic acid [a natural filler substance] and glycerin to help restore volume and fullness to the skin.”

Sounds like serious science to moi! Undaunted by all that jargon, I began using the cream morning and evening (as recommended) hoping to see an improvement in my winter-challenged complexion.  I’ll confess, I like products that contain a pleasant fragrance, so I missed opening the jar and inhaling a whiff of something luscious. But I am aware that fragrance often equals to facial skin irritation, so I understand the appeal of a fragrance-free product to many women.

First, the texture.  It’s not so much whipped as it is condensed, thick as butter, not light as cream. Again, in the middle of January, this is a plus. It went on easily and absorbed well. And in a few days, I noticed a definite boost in skin tone and color; my skin is a little softer, more rosy and just a little better-looking than it was before.

I will continue using this throughout the winter, and am expecting even greater improvements in the weeks ahead.  I should add that the price – somewhere around $25 – is excellent for a product as rich as this one.  With face creams costing in the high three and even four digits these days, the Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream, Fragrance-Free formula is a real bargain.

Michelle is like a chameleon, able to create any look on herself and seem unrecognizable at times. She made such a name for herself that she has over 500 million views on YouTube. She herself wore the palette on the night of its debut and did not look overdone at all. Her skin was flawless and she used the lighter colors from the palette on the tops of her lids and a bit of the purple along her bottom lash line. She also said that purple was a huge fan favorite color and she really listens to what her fans like and react well to. She said that makeup is the armor that women put on each day to make us feel empowered. She wished she had all of what’s available now via social networking when she first started to experiment with makeup. I’d say she has made her mark on the cosmetic industry and hope that she launches her own line someday as she does not follow trends, but is a true trendsetter.

When I was first introduced to Samy Twisted collection, the first thing that caught my eye was the line’s bright neon packaging. With neon looks making a comeback on the runways and neon makeup popping up over the past year or so, I was excited right away that this line was so on trend. Then it was time to move beyond appearances and check out what this line was made of!

The Twisted collection includes three different styling products, all formulated with keratin protein complex to help strengthen and UV filters to protect against amino acid loss. Like a great group of friends, the Twisted collection includes an option for your every need. There’s a blue-capped Pomade Spray that shapes, shines, controls and holds; a yellow-capped Curl Define Spray gel keeps curls frizz free and super shiny; and my favorite, the pink-capped Frizz Control Spray that helps control frizz and seals out moisture.

As a whole, the line is pretty impressive because it combines fashion with function. These little babies aren’t just pretty faces; they’re also practical. After combing her hair, I sprayed the Frizz Control Spray all over, and combed through, then stood back to admire its work. The spray left behind a smooth, shiny appearance, and her frizzies were virtually gone! Plus, she didn’t complain as much about the residue that many sprays leave behind. Needless to say, this little baby will be working its way into my emergency hair kit now!
