Pinterest
The makers of America’s number one acne system have just launched a new one step product called X Out (TM). Designed specifically for teens, X Out (TM)  is a new wash-in treatment that washes powerful breakout fighting medicine into pores to help kill the bacteria that causes pimples. It also moisturizes and helps protect the skin. It was designed as a one step process, and works to lift away the dirt and grime that clogs pores.
Key ingredients are 8.5% Benzoyl Peroxide which works to penetrate pores and helps start killing the bacteria on contact, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate is derived from coconut and helps cleanse the skin, Linoleic and Linolenic Acid (Vitamin F Forte) are gentle, fatty acids with natural Tocopherols that help counteract any dry or scaly skin, Polyethylene beads exfoliate dead skin cells to keep pores clean, Glycerin acts as a natural ingredient that draws moisture to the skin and helps keep the skin soft and smooth, Dimethicone a silky protectant that binds water to the skin and Menthol adds just a hint of natural mint giving teens the feeling of a cold blast for a fresh and invigorating feeling while they wash.
For best results, teens should wash in X Out (TM) for two minutes, two times a day. Something interactive has been added: each can features a QR code for digitally savvy teens to scan on their smartphones or view on a computer at dd.xout.com. They will be automatically directed to “The Daily Distraction” site to watch as they wash. The video will be continuously updated each day with content selected just for them including fashion tips, sports tricks, comedy, etc.
Price: $ 24.95 or $ 19.95 per month with regular shipments at Xout.com or by calling888-524-7952.

Acne sufferers should use salicylic acid. Period. It is an anti inflammatory, it’s lipophilic, and it exfoliates skin. lipophilic means “oil loving”….so, it actually penetrates into the follicle and helps to regulate oil production…reducing it, and regulating it.

Exfoliates, reduces inflammation, and regulates oil production.

Benzyl peroxide damages healthy tissue, and causes acne pit scarring.

Retin A or any tretinoin product promotes vascular growth….so people end up with blood vessels growing very close to the surface, ie redness, visible capillaries/veins, red cheeks, irritation and hypersensitivity.

I am a licenced Esthetician with 14 yrs+ experience. And I see acne patients all the time.

I don’t care if you are a licensed esthetician don’t speak for everyone when you tell them what to use you pompous ass. EVERYONES skin is different. I was using benzyl peroxide and it worked just fine until i switched to salicylic acid because it was “better” guess what acne all over my face in a month. Switched back and have been fine ever since and I have no pit scarring. BP does not cause pit scarring.. guess what does? acne itself.

I would say calling someone a pompous ass is the real reason you have a zitty face ~ your personality is oozing out your pores. I appreciated the differing points of view ~ thank you to the chemist, Darian and Esthetician, Lilckicken
