Review, Ingredients: Lancôme Rénergie Lift Multi-Action Lifting And Firming Night & Day Cream SPF 15
Lancôme promises that using Rénergie Lift Multi-Action Night Lifting and Firming Night Cream ($112.00) and Rénergie Lift Multi-Action Lifting and Firming Cream with SPF 15 ($92.00; pictured above) in tandem for four weeks will lift, firm and tighten the skin.
They also claim that the Multi-Action cream is “enriched with Multi-Tension Technology” and that in one week, skin will feel firmer and denser; in four weeks, “all facial zones are visibly tightened and skin looks visibly younger.”
Multi-Action night cream is infused with the same Multi-Tension Technology, and promises the same results (Lancôme also recommends the eye cream and the makeup from this line, but I did not try them this round).
Those of you who have read my previous reviews know that I am a bit of skeptic when it comes to extravagant claims about younger looking skin, so I approached this pair with my usual caution.
Smelling faintly of roses, the day cream had a buttery texture and was a tad gummy when I applied it. The pale-pink night cream, which was more silky than buttery, had the same tacky quality. Uh-oh! I don’t like tacky/sticky/gummy on my face.
But, I am happy to report that after four weeks of use, I really did notice a visible tightening and lifting effect. It was not dramatic, like Botox, but I could see it: I looked rested, refreshed and perkier.
With results like these, I will put up with the slightly sticky texture — it’s worth it! And though these two creams are expensive, again, I think they are worth the higher price. One tiny gripe: I wish the day cream had a higher SPF (it’s only 15, and I prefer at least 30), but I just used another higher SPF product on top of it.

I think that skincare is Very Important as we start to Age although this is a Heavy Price to pay for skincare and I don’t know if I’d be willing to pay this much for it, but I would LOVE to try these creams out if they do give you results that are claimed and there is nothing better than getting results as quick as 4 weeks!
If I could afford skin care like that I would buy it in an instant for my mother who always takes great care of her skin with what she can afford. She is worth the extra money!
My face cries out for a new everyday regiman that is light and absorbant but the I need something rich to prolong elasticity.
I love Lancôme products, but I’m a little skeptical about these creams. I’d love to give them a try, to see if they really live up to their claim! I’m a new fan of you posts,
