Review, Swatches: butter London Autumn/Winter Lippy Gloss And Nail Lacquer Polish Duo Collection
Matching nails and lips are a trend that looks as if it’s here to stay! Inspired by the high-impact lips seen on the fashion runwayss this season, butter London‘s LIPPY Autumn/Winter Collection includes bold pops of nude color and a vampy hue. I was elated to sample the Tea with the Queen Duo (on the pink side of tan, very neutral but never boring), La Moss Duo (vampy and full of red wine, just like it’s inspiration) and the Toff Duo (a darker, dustier brownish variation of a rose pink). I had been seeing several beauty bloggers pulling out their LIPPY and wondered what all the buzz was about regarding butter London.
Also in the collection are Come to Bed Red (the sexiest red in history) and Queen Vic (stunning, elegant and classy red wine meets cranberry). LIPPY’s are $17.00 each while the 3 Free Nail Lacquers are $ 14.00 each. The nail lacquers are famous for being Free 3, which means they are free of formaldehyde, toluene and DBP. These products are available at the Seattle Tacoma International Airport flagship store, www.butterlondon.com and in fashion boutiques, specialty retailers and beauty apothecaries around the globe.
