NARS  has been busy behind-the-scenes creating some remarkable makeup looks for designers such as Alexander Wang, Thakoon, Tanya Taylor and their very ownCreatures of the Wind show. As of last Friday, NARS Cosmetics created the look for the Helmut Lang Spring/Summer 2013 Collection runway show.  For the Naeem Kahn runway show, James Boehmer (pictured above). created a special look.

TREND: Matte skin with a glossy lip

LOOK: “The designer’s inspiration was Wallis Simpson,” said Boehmer. “So to make the look more updated, we focused on a glossy, very vinyl-textured lip to contrast the matte texture of the skin.”
