Cover Girl Exact Eyelights Eye Brightening Liner

Colored eyeliners are a fun departure from the typical shades like brown or black. But often times, bright blues and purples can look so…junior high school. Luckily, we can still enjoy the whimsy of our teenage years with a dose of maturity.

Cover Girl’s new Exact Eyelights Eye Brightening Liners are strategically made to correspond with your eye color. Since we have blue-green eyes, we sampled the majestic jade and radiant sapphire colors. As pictured below, radiant sapphire is a fun departure from our typical black kohl color. It’s not too noticeably blue with black mascara on, but it does pack a little punch of color.

Majestic Jade really brought out the green in our eyes, without appearing too fluorescent for every day office wear. It’s adaptable enough to for us adults who don’t want to look like we’re trying to relive our teen years. The product claims to make eyes appear 4 times as bright, which sounds like a pretty hefty assumption to us. But we do like the fun, natural-looking colors that give our eyes a little pop.
