At the end of each year, we do a round-up of the best of the best beauty products. In 2010, we saw so many great makeup launches and 2011 was no different. We test drove hundreds of makeup and cosmetic products. And below are what we consider best in show:

It wears well on the skin, goes on without any fuss, and is easy to blend with your fingers (see pics HERE). It retails for $32.50.
CONCEALER: Maybelline’s new Eraser Dark Circles Treatment Concealer gets our two thumbs up in terms of dramatic transformation.
Since it is marketed as a treatment concealer, it also works to correct the problem over the long haul — a major plus. Application is easy thanks to the sponge tip applicator and Maybelline has all skin tones covered offering shades from fair to medium to dark. Check out the Before & After photos HERE.
For $8.49, this is a good concealer to have. The bottle ensures you’ll have this for a long time — at least 3-4 months. Purchase this in drugstores or online retailers.
Hypnose Doll Lashes Mascara does give you doll-like lashes, and they do become shiny. There’s more of a lengthening effect than a plumping effect (see Before & After photos HERE), so if you want volume, this is not the mascara for you. But if you’re going for definition, shine and length, then yes –I’d give this two thumbs up. Grab one for $25 at Lancome.com.

I’ve been useing Bare Escentuals brushless Mascara. It’s great for every day use, because it isn’t too dramatic, and makes my eyelashes look long and natural. Plus it doesn’t get gunky and gross!
My favorite favorite mascara of all time is Maybelline’s The Collossal (the yellow tube). It has been my favorite for years now. It’s a bit wet & hard to work with at first. But after it dries out a bit, it is absolutely wonderful!

The mascara that I’ve been using recently is the Maybelline’s Flared Falsies but the one I used for years for was Maybelline’s Stilleto Mascara, both waterproof ^_^

i love love love the Maybelline Lots of Lashes mascara! it gives me length and volume and you can make it look natural or give it a few more swipes for a dramatic look, and of coarse it gives you lots of lashes! i used to be in love with Covergirl’s LashBlst Fushion but it became really dry. i’m almost out of my Lots of Lashes Maybelline mascara, it would be lovely if i can win this giveaway ^-^ Thank you so much for all the giveaways and yes i live in the US xD xoxo <3

I’ve been using Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Jumbo Lash Mascara by Physicians Formula and it does give your lashes awesome volume
I’ve used both covergirl’s lashblast and loreal voluminous (original formula in charcoal tube).
They both work wonderfully. Covergirl (in my opinion) has more of a dry formula, whereas loreal had a less dry formula but not too wet that my curl disappeared. Can’t wait to try the new and improved voluminous!

For the past year i’ve been using the lashblastvolume by covergirl and the supermascara and i just recently switch to the mascara duo by elf. The lashblastvolume was a really good mascara although i didn’t like the brush so much because the spikes on the brush was too small. After a while i switched to the supermascara but didn’t not like it at all. the mascara was too sticky and with only one layer, all my eyelashes were all stuck together. Wasn’t pleased. Therefore, i switched to the mascara duo by elf. This mascara is wonderful. i love it. it has regular and waterproof mascara and the brush is really good. It separates my eyelashes as i put mascara on and it also makes my eyelashes look longer. this mascara doesn’t cause my eyelashes to stick together but causes them to be darker and spread out. I would love to try the Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara by L’Oreal.

I absolutely LOVE Lancome Hypnose. I tried the Lancome Hypnose Doll Lash and found that I liked the formula a bit better, but didn’t really like the brush. In the end, the tried and true Hypnose original still holds the key to my heart!
I have used Voluminous for years. This year I decided to try a couple of others including Tarte’s Lights, Camera etc and Lancomes newest. I liked both pof them bout I will always go back to Loreal…much, much more bang for the money. I haven’t tried the new one yet. Would love to win one as my entry to a whole other aLoreal world!

I’ve been trying different samples for the past several years. Can’t settle on one because I haven’t found one that thrills me yet. I used to use waterproof but it dries out my lashes too much, but non-waterproof just doesn’t seem to stay on well in Texas humidity. I would love to try this one and see if it works for me.
Still don’t have a Favorite mascara,I had used a few but have’nt found one that makes my short lashes long,so far I’d been using”Double Extend”tubes,it makes my lashes fuller but not longer,so I’m still searching for the right one.

I have been using Rimmel Wow Extra Lash. It does good on creating length but leaves my lashes clumpy. So I spend 10 mins combing the clumps out and making sure they are separated.

I’ve been using the regular Voluminous for like 10 plus years! My mom as well – we don’t trust any other mascara and we don’t need to use eyelash curlers with it. I only occasionally change it up and have tried josie maran’s argan one (not nearly as good), tarte lights (which is ok) and buxom (which does good volume)

I go from one mascara to the next, but currently I’m using prestige my biggest lashes.
My two fav mascara’s this past year have been Covergirl’s Lash Blast and Loreal Voluminous Millon Lash.
I have been using the mascara from Tarte “Lights Camera Lashes” and MAC “Opulash”. I like using two different brands on my lashes. I apply my Tarte mascara and then apply the MAC brand. It seems to make my lashes look more voluminous and long. I also like Cover Girl Lash Blast (not waterproof).

I’ve been using the Benefit They’re Real mascara, and I love it. The ball tip makes it easy to get into the inner and outer corners. And the Benefit BadGal Lash is awesome, but the brush is so big a dense, sometimes it’s hard to get my lashes into it. And I get those little mascara dots on my eyeshadow, because I have to push the brush up so hard.
Cover Girl Lash Blast, all varietes!
I love ZOYA nail polish as it’s natural so it doesn’t have that strong smell. It’s good to have a foundation that blends well and is also anti aging – that way if you use it everyday, you know that you’ll see results.

I love the hypnose mascaras from Lancome. Both the Drama and the Doll Lashes, for different reasons. The Drama gives you the dramatic pinup girl look with a ton of volume, and the Doll Lashes is virtually clump free!

I’ve tried many mascara’s, here are some to name:
1. clinque:
>high definition
>high impact
>lash doubling
2. l’oreal double extend with lash boosting serum
3. Lancome high definition
4. urban decay super curling lashes
5. tarte lights camera lashes (My fav @ the moment)
I would love to try L’Oreal’s Voluminous Million Lashes mascara and
the Hypnôse Doll Mascara. you can never have enough mascara ^^

i have been using lancome hypnose doll lashes… i relly like it but it dryed all out and would like an other. but i have been using all difrent kinds.

Right now I am using CoverGirl Proffesional
I have been using the Voluminous Million Lashes and I love how it lasts all day and night. I also use Carmex sheer peach moisture plus lip balm, and Lancome Blush Subtle in Miel Glace.
I have been rockin’ the Clinique High Impact Mascara but I recently started using Physicians Formula Organic Wear Mascara. The giant brush is fantastic!
