These two coy, shimmery colored lip glosses from the new Mark collection for fall 2009 came across my desk and the first thing I thought was, how pretty. Yes, these are two innocent colors, with a splash of shimmer a la some of the popular glosses I’ve been sporting this summer (Clinique, Elizabeth Arden, Lancome Juicy Tubes…).

The shimmer factor gives your lips a definite radiance (you could say that they’ve been doused with fairy powder).

Pink Crush

Of the two shades shown here, the Sweet Talk is the more demure of the two. It has the color of a very pink cotton candy swirl, and when it goes on the lips feel peppermint-y and exceptionally moist (no tackiness here).

The Pink Crush has — you guessed it — a little bit more pigment, as though you’ve been eating a lovely rind of watermelon and it’s stained your pout.It’s one of Lauren Conrad’s favorites!
