One of the most special holidays is right around the corner: Mother’s Day. Moms are the best (mine sure is) and it’s nice to take a minute and remind them how wonderful they make our lives. It’s isn’t all about gifts, its love and respect and being there, but lets face it, a lovely gift never hurts either. Many moms tend to not spoil themselves, so it’s up to us to do it for them.
Fragrance is one of the most popular gifts for Mother’s Day and I’ve rounded up a few that should put a smile on her face.

Their new Natural luxury line consists of their first natural soap in five scents- Lemon Verbena, Lavender & Violet, Oatmeal, Fresh Cut Flowers and Ocean. I’ve had the chance to sniff Lavender-Violet (soft, mainly lavender with a hint of woodsy violet) and Fresh Cut Flowers (a lush bouquet of tuberose, rose and green notes and my absolute favorite). The Limited-Edition Very Hollywood Michael Kors Hollywood Signature Scented Ink Pen is one of those fun items you might never buy for yourself, but think it would be fun to have. It’s semi- practical and pretty. The pen does have ink scented with Very Hollywood as well as writing in a coral ink. Bargain priced at $ 5.95, the oh-so-cute LUSH Mum Vanilla Fountain, a crème brulee scented flower shaped bath bomb. (Also comes in Avobath and Mum’s Space Girl scents). Bath and Body Works newest scent is Country Chic. Packaged in a gingham bottle, it’s a musky wildflower floral with a definite bit of the “hint of praline” note they list and was created as an homage to America and sweet summertime. As usual not only is it available in fragrance, but across the whole body line and shower gels. Pamper mom with a gift set from what is most likely one of her favorite stores.
For summer there is a new addition to the highly popular Grace line of fragrances, Summer Grace. Summer Grace is described as a lighthearted and uplifting fresh floral. Something easily wearable and just what a mom might need. Summer Grace is $ 40.00.

Spontaneous hugs and “I love you mommy”
My wife is such a hard working lady who is a full time student mother and provider for our house but most of all a mother to my two beautiful sun princesses, I think that she would love the Bath and Body works Country Chic, because she is a little bit of country and a little bit of rock and roll.
I am not a mom yet but I would love to win it for my mom. My mom is the most loving, understanding, and patient person that I know. My mom has never raised her voice on me or on any of my siblings. She only has smile and hugs for us. The safest place is by my mom’s side. She could walk barefoot so that we could have food on the table. She is the most selfless person that I have ever known. She deserves everything the best for being herself, I LOVE HER TO DEATH!
I love everything about being a mom, but my favorite is when they learn to do something on their own. I love their excitement when they say “Look Mommy I did it all by myself!”
I love the hugs, the “I love you” comments having my two boys tell me that they think I’m beautiful, and the snuggle time on a weekend morning the most. I also enjoy watching my boys growing and learning about the world around them and knowing that I have a hand in shaping them into the caring and good people that they are becoming.

I’m not a mom, amd I think the possibilites of being a mom is low because I am a male, but I would love to win this for my mommy. She has taken care of me for 17 years, and I’ve never really been able to show her how much I appreciate her and love her. I am a single mom and when my son was in grade school he used to make me Mother’s Day and Father’s Day cards. Hugs are the best espescially when they get older. It lets you now they are still your baby.
The thing I love most about being a mom, at this time in my life anyway, is the joy and delight that my grandchildren bring into it!
This is hard for me to type and not cry at the same time. I just lost my best friend (my mom) to cancer 2 months ago. Mothers Day is such a special time and will be hard for me.
