NEW YORK, NEW YORK May 17, 2013 — Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) celebrated this year’s breakthrough beauty products today at the 19th Annual CEW Beauty Insiders’ Choice Awards. This year, CEW awarded 36 products across 30 product categories, plus Best Seller Awards, the Indie Beauty Award, Eco Beauty Award, and QVC Beauty Quest Award.
