It’s already October and that means it’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To commemorate the commitment to the fight against Breast Cancer, cosmetic and skincare brands such as Bobbi Brown, the Estée Lauder Companies, Elemis, AHAVA, Stila, Skinn Cosmetics and many more are doing their part by donating most, if not all, of the proceeds from their special pink-colored adorned products for the cause. The New 2011 FDA Rules for Sunscreen and “Broad Spectrum” Labeling

The new Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sunscreen rules have received a makeover, just in time for the summer. Although the strict labeling requirements don’t go into full effect until 2012, the revamped rules have been designed to provide the consumer with more protection.
