It’s the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards at Nokia Theatre in L.A and not only is the weather there hot (which can explain all the updos), but so are the hair and makeup looks! The red carpet saw two different hair and makeup looks: slicked back updos or flowing luscious locks, to smokey dark eyes or a natural face with dark lips. Flat out gorge as a Romantic Screen Siren, Hayden Panettiere wears smokin’ makeup that added fizz to the Emmy palette on Sunday evening. It’s all about the eyes, ladies. Since Hayden is a Neutrogena spokeswoman, these are the shades that went into her Emmy “do” (makeup by celeb artist Amy Oresman):
